Oracle7 on Solaris vs. NT

Anyone have any idea of which would be more advantageous given the same hardware - Solaris/x86 or Windows NT? Factors are: 1) performance, 2) scalability, 3) system administration headaches.
Can anyone out there comment on any of these? There seems to be a growing crowd interested in knowing some answers to these questions. Oracle, SunSoft, Microsoft - are you listening?
