Oracle Gateway for SQL/400??

We have a customer that has most of their systems on AS/400, but now they want to move into the *open* world, thinking of using Oracle on Unix-server.
According to Ora. Corp there is a gateway product that enables an Oracle database to communicate with the SQL/400 database on a AS/400.

Does anyone have any experience with this product (or similar gateways). What kind of functionality does if offer? What will performance be?
