How many thousands of Indians worked for Adam Smith? Adam Smith must really be upset at the immigration policies of 97% of the other countries int the world, all of whom take in no significant amounts of immigrants.

They can do both without going through loopholes in the immigration law. There is not one company in America that couldn't slash its payroll by hiring thousands of the desperate hordes wanting to come to America. They would all work for less, and boost stock value, while causing massive unemployment of Americans, and massive resource depletion, overload, and reduce the quality of life to that of the wretched overcrowded countries that they desperately flee. I know you and your brethren love Oracle and its products, often to the point of worship, but Oracle doesn't deserve to employ foreigners cheaper, any more than the next company, including YOUR COMPANIES.

And what kind of proof do you expect? If you really believe that Oracle and its contract agencies that funnel Indians around the immigration laws in to the company, pay these desperate people the same amount, then you have to believe in the racial superiority of Indians. Believe if or not my friend, but American contract agencies are pursuing those very same avenues. But, don't forget, it is all (H1 imporation around the immigration laws), with the blessing of Uncle Sam. And I look forward to you encouraging your company to pursue candidates for your job, by flying their HR people to India, China, Russia, and all the other impoverished, overpopulated countries, with MILLIONS of people who could do your job, and for less. But it will be all hunky doory, as long as they pay them the same as you used to get. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
