Problem with 7.1.3 MTS on Solaris 2.3

Someone mentioned running into this problem a week or so ago and, having now run into it myself, I'm wondering if anyone has found a fix yet.
The problem is that MTS stopped working when I upgraded to 7.1.3 on Solaris 2.3. It seems the dispatchers are unable to connect to the listener. Any help would be much appreciated.
