Good book on Oracle7 features needed

I am looking for a good book on Oracle7 features. The book should atleast cover:

• how to write stored procedures, functions and packages (i.e. what is the syntax, what should be avoided, what are the limitations, tricks and traps, etc.)
• the what and how of database triggers

If anyone knows of any books that cover these things, please email me.
