Which hardware for Oracle 7?

We are in the process of selecting hardware that will support about 75 users on Oracle 7. Platforms under consideration include:
Sun Sparc Server 1000 (4 cpu)
HP G50
IBM 59H
DEC 2100A500 (2 cpu)
If anyone would like to share their experiences (peformance, stabilty, etc.) with these platforms (or others) supporting a 75 or more user load, I would like to hear from you.
