 It seem tthat the Oracle Messages you cannot read suggest that you warm boot
your system.  Ora 447 is an internal process dying and ora 600 tells you
to report it as a bug.  Try a Warm Boot and pray it works,  I assume you have
tried the normal SQL*dba stuff
