I would like to hear opinions from others on a problem we are having. We recently decided to go Oracle 7 and PowerBuilders for all new development. We have trained several DBA's and several Powerbuilder programmers. We need to know how to implement Stored procedures and triggers - is it JUST the DBA who does this? IS it a combination?
