Unfortunately, there are some folks out there that use Oracle Financials and Manufacturing applications. These people are stuck in Forms 2.3 for at least 2 more years. I hear rumblings that only one module in Financials is running under forms 4.0

Until the day comes when all the Oracle applications are ported to Forms 4.0, we gotta tolerate 2.3 and Application Object Library.
