Case Designer fonts - Solaris V2.3

Hello
HELP We are using Oracle Case*Designer V1.1.21.80 together with Solaris V2.3 and Xterm 11.5. When all this is put together the diagram text fonts are completely unpredictable on each invocation of a diagram e.g. varying from unreadably small to normal size. We have tried many options with xterm fonts.
Any ideas?
