No automatic translator exists, at least commercial ones, to my knowledge.
I talked to one of the vendors (only three exist in the entire world!)
and they said that their programmers are working on a set of tools to
facilitate converting to 4.0, but that it is impossible to completely
convert. I disagree with this - it was just take a lot of programming.
For right now, you would be better off doing the conversion yourself.
