How are you calling Forms within Menu? a PL/ SQL CALL() command, a item type 4 (Form), or have you tried OS_COMMAND('(TYPE=4)RUNFORM...')? The latter may work, hmmm? I figure the OS_COMMAND() call actually invokes your new ly linked version of Forms. Give it a shot...
