Oracle 7 on SunOS configuration question

Hi:
We have installed Oracle 7 on SunOS 4.1.3, and have managed to get the sqlplus part working. sqlforms and sqlreport etc. apparently require some terminal definitions to be set up, and the software does not recognize "xterm" as a valid terminal type.
I would appreciate any help in this matter, particularly on setting up:
- login.sql files on Sun, and
- oraterm.r file.
We are using X11R5, not Openwin.
