  1. 9600,2400,1200 baud, full duplex, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit
  2. CR= end of line (end each line with carraige return)
  3. login using standard/stdclass (or whatever oracle told you) when in SQL*FORMS screens use your CSI number and passwd (CPU serial no)

you may contact 415-341-3003 for getting your id's and passwd. I have never tried this number , so I don't know if this is current one.
