How to log on to Oracle RTSS

Our site is a registered user of Oracle on Unix and PC platforms. So I believe, we have some rights to access the Oracle RTSS BBS. We have the toll-free number of the RTSS and after we dialed and got a connect, a log-in screen appeared followed by an unending string of garbage characters.
Does anyone know how to access the RTSS ? What is the terminal type setting ?
