How to compile MSG files into MSB?

I want to translate into french some of the more usual messages of SQL*Forms.
I know I have to change the text in the file "iapus.msg" and produce a file
named "iapus.msb". I looked in the DBA guide as well as the Oracle for Unix
Technical Reference Guide and I didn't found how to "compile" the file.
I even checked all file located in the Oracle directory...



Does any one have a clue on this?



In the file "oraus.msg" it indicates this file is converted to header/message
files using lmsgen.c.



In the same trend of idea, when I want to specify a different LANGUAGE to run
any Oracle product, it doesn't work even if the DBA guide say so...
