Two suggestions:
- Since this is purchased, you probably have an Oracle support agreement. If yes, contact Oracle to open a Service Request to get help. After all, you do pay for the help (most Oracle support contracts have unlimited calls, no added charge per call.)
- Ask on the SuSE - Oracle distribution list. Arun has a lot of good advice.http://lists.suse.de/
