suse 9 ES + Oracle 10.1 EM problem

i have a little problem in my comapny.

I don't know who did instalation because i work there not too long but i thing he did not use orarun during instalation.
Now i have problem with EM. Oracle and our database work, but i can't use EM. When i write localhost:1158/em i can turn it on via emctl start dbconsole, after that i can login to EM and work but only 10-15 seconds.
After that EM stop response. When i choose status in emctl i can see that it is turned off.
What can i do to wrok with EM propertly? Where can i find solution?
