If done in .marketplace, that's perfectly fine.

presumably the feedback you mention here is email or via the website?

And the questions, suggestions and requests are posted in .tools or .misc
which would follow the charter and also make others aware that the tool is actively being used, generating more interest from those that never go to .marketplace
