ON-INSERT, ON-UPDATE problem in form45

Hi,

"Non_base_table".
[Quoted] I use on-insert and on-update to save the change of Non_base_table items .
And If there is no change on base_table items and only items of
Non_base_table was changed
,ON-INSERT and ON-UPDATE will not be trigger.
Is there any one know how to resolve it;
