UTL_FILE package help needed.

  Ok, here's da scoop.

  I'm writing a stored procedure that will be used to query a table and write results to a flat file for external processing.

  Our DB resides on a Sun Solaris node.

  The procedure will be executed on PCs and other Unix nodes.

  The file needs to be written on the client node, i.e. the PCs and "other Unix" nodes.

  Is this possible with UTL_FILE?

  It seems to want to write on the node where my DB lives.
