Re: ERWin vs Oracle Designer

Just my two cents: Oracle's track record (in ten years of experience) has been that the after-market products such as Developer, and notoriously the Designer-class products, lag behind the RDBMS by 6-12 months. I suspect your other candidates do so as well.
