The version shipped with Oracle 8i Lite doesn't like Windows 98 there is even a dialogue pops up warning you (after you have gone to the trouble downloading & installing the thing !)
The version with PO7 works on Win98 I am yet to try to connect it to my o8ilite database (not veryconfident it'll work)
Does anyone know if Oracle 8i Lite and the version of SQL*Plus shipped works on Win 95 ? I may go to the trouble of re-installing Win95 on my PC and working there !
Ideas would be welcome !
