I have no idea about how to start/maintain a discussiongroup. Who is hosting this discussiongroup ? Maybe they are interessed ?

Microsoft products (please forgive me :) have all its own discussiongroup, so why should Oracle not do that ? In these discussiongroups it's quite difficult to filter out problems/questions about a certain subject. I have much respect for discussiongroups-hosts, I suppose they have a lot of work maintaining a newsgroup, so is it not obvious that Oracle itself should take the innitiative to start one or more discussiongroups ?
