Once you have a first cut of a Form from Designer you have to delve deep into the code if you want to add any clever features as the code throughs up lots of problems. I'm using designer just now and I get the idea I might be faster writing what I want in Visual Basic. At least I would know where all the code was, and what it was doing. Designer may do a lot of the hard work but it's much harder and you're more limited in what you can do in augmenting it.

I'm writing this waiting for the module Data Diagrammer to pull back column usages - at least half an hour to go.
