Try HOST('C:\YourPath\netscape.exe') command in your trigger. It should work.

There are other two commands OS_COMMAND and OS_COMMAND1 to run a OS command,
however in the on-line help of Forms 5.0, I can not get any information on them ,
It's a little bit weird.
