oracle form using activex control problem

deaer all:
i had used vb5.0 creating ocx control,after register,working good in oracle form(focx.fmb).
but if upgrade this ocx(with same name,same path),then can not work in focx.fmb,i have to inserting object again in able to making it work. does anyone know how to make it work without doing this action again(like coding in procedure.....)?
