Hello. I am having trouble running Reports Builder. It says "The R30LIB32.DLL file is linked to missing export SQM30W32.DLL:rosnew2." Then it says
C:\ORAWIN95\BIN\R30DES32.EXE A device attached to the system is not functioning.
