VB6 Query Management Tools

I'm looking for a recommendation for a third party addin to manage queries in a Visual Basic/Oracle environment. Specifically, I want to store dynamic query objects in a repository similar to the way Powerbuilder stores query objects in PBL files. Additionally, I do not want to use Jet/DAO and store the queries in Access tables to avoid the performance/reliabilty penalities it imposes. Any suggestions?
