Hello,

We have a complex application using Visual Smalltalk Enterprise and the TOPLink mapping tool from The Object People to connect to an Oracle database or any database via Intersolv ODBC drivers. There are different flavors of TOPLink mapping tool for the different flavors of Smalltalk. The TOPLink mapping tool allows objects talk to relational DB very easy.
