Advanced DB properties in Forms 5.0?

Has anyone used any of the Advanced Database property sheet settings in Forms 5.0? I'd like to update a multi-table view, so I obviously want to directly control the Updates/Inserts. It looks like the Update Procedure Name and Insert Procedure Name properties should let you name the procedures you want to use to perform these actions. I try a procedure, and all I get is an error that it wasn't specified right.
