To add an existing table field to the form create a text or display item in the Layout Tool and give it the same name as the database table field - for instance, if you added a field called new_field to the table that the block accesses, then add a text or display item and , in the properties list, change the name to new_field and check to be sure that the base table option is True -

This assumes that I understood your question ( Form designed with the existing, at time of design, fields in the table you created - then you add one or more fields to that table and want them to be on the form )
