Cannot attach library ......blah

        The solution really depends upon what platform you are running, the cause however

        is the same which is that the xxxxxxx.pll which has been attached to the form you

        are trying to run is located in a directory not referenced in your FORMS45_PATH.

        If you are running 3.11 then you need to edit you're oracle.ini file, if you are running

        95 or NT then you need to edit your registry ( run regedt32.exe ). I think its the

        section HKEY_LOACL_MACHINE/software/oracle. Open up the form in the designer

        and check out the entries under attached libraries, then located them in the file

        system and then edit FORMS45_PATH to include their location, easy !!
