No, I haven't noticed this, but why would you need to do this?

This was a problem with V1.2 (16-bit) too. You must terminate any outstanding runtime sessions before trying to save a PLL that the active session has attached. The fact that you have forms open in the Object Navigator is not the issue. Do you remember getting an error when you saved the PLL indicating that it the PLL was busy? This caused the Object Navigator to remove this attachment from any open Forms. If you did not notice such a message, then you have a new strain of this problem in 32-bit. I TAR'd this problem long ago with no response.

I am unaware of any trigger that would fire in this situation.
