Why don't you follow the instructions in the README.html of the patch set you installed rather than trusting a web page that you found somewhere?

I'm not saying that the web page is wrong, but the instructions are right there, and they worked fine for countless upgrades in my company.

When you install *any* Oracle patch, *always* read the READMEs *before* you start.
