I just setup an AIX 5.3 ml 03 RAC config, 10.2.0.2, but I used gpfs. You only need 200mb for the voting disk & 200M for the ocr. Oracle has a JSC(Joint Solution Center) cookbook document on AIX & 10gR2 that's decent. I do not believe it's available via metalink. It goes thru GPFS, RAW & ASM storage. Be sure you do not have any duplicate uid's for root and your oracle owner and the install will go well. Backup location & strategy will be your preference.
