Hi Mark,

I've noticed recently (last month or so) that Oracle folk rarely now have a say on the Metalink forums (well the DBA type ones I look through anyway). Most threads are now simply responded to by customers. I had also noticed that the quality of input in these forums from Oracle folk had somewhat plummeted in the last 6 months or so since the Oracle regulars disappeared replaced by a cast of thousands who often showed their ignorance in Oracle in rather embarrassing ways.

So I guess my question (now that I know everything is being read) is has there been a decision to not support these forums as they were previously and is the implicit obligation for someone at Oracle to respond to questions raised in these forums no longer applicable ?

Just curious ...

Cheers
