One of the blokes that works with me is re-well known for being ten times worse than the gung-ho DBA. Pete's got all the patience and tact of a hippo in season. He and I work particularly well together. One of our friends says about us as a team:

"Nuno and Peter play bad cop and worse cop to perfection!" :D
