May be I misunderstood you and may be you misunderstood me. What I was objecting to was attributing certain mental characteristics to the ethnic origin. Stupidity knows no ethnic boundaries.

I used to work in London for some time (Telstra, Paul St., near Broadgate center) and I've never noticed such attitude. May be those Dutch of yours people know some different Indians? How about Chinese or Pakistanis? What is their general attitude.

The Croatian people as a whole should better shut up? Well, that proves my point beyond reasonable doubt. Thanks for dispelling all doubts.

I also happen to be a senior DBA for quite some time and supporting a big OPS system brings me in contact with Oracle Support on a regular basis. I have never noticed suhc an attitude, despite quite a few objections that I have to their support practices. Needless to say, when you call after hours, you'll almost regularly get a support center in India or Singapore. You should consider using Metalink. Call oracle support, they explain you how to use iTAR to get help. The address is: http://metalink.oracle.com
