Maria,
[1] make TEST_TST_DATA_TBS the default tablespace of TST [2] revoke unlimited tablespace from TST (if necessary) [3] alter user TST qutoa unlimited on TEST_TST_DATA_TBS [4] perform the import again
This should do the trick.
