Hi Mark,

Just to add to what Norman has mentioned, when creating the database, use the custom option on DBCA and resize down some of your files. It would appear that space/permissions is your problem.

I've had no problems installing 9.0 and 9.2 on Win 2000 and it's certainly not the norm for Oracle to created what appears to be truncated undo files.
