Not sure exactly how to do that. On the memory tab, there is a custom option, but that changes memory storage, not file storage, right? The memory page actually comes up by default in custom mode. I've tried it several ways, though, with different custom SGA values, and also using the "Typical" button. No help on anything I tried there. One other thing - I'm using the "dedicated server" option versus the "shared server" mode. Could this have anything to do with it? There are no options for file sizes here. Can you change the file sizes from the "all initialization parameters" dialog from the Memory page? I haven't found the right parameter if so.
