Oracle 8i and Windows TSE 4.0

Is it possible to use Windows NT TSE 4.0 with Oracle 8i?
In particular i would like to use a database server with Oracle 8i.
Another server has installed Windows NT TSE 4.0 and was configured to
access to db server. The TSE server should connect several WAN
connections.
