On a side note, Oracle themselves seems to break that rule. The database batch creation of 8.1.7 creates SCOTT and some other example users with SYSTEM as temp tablespace. Has this been so with previous 8.1 releases? (And shouldn't TEMP be the 'System temp tablespace'?)
