Re: OAS 4.0.8.1 problems starting

Hi,

Don't bother if you're installing OAS 4.0.8.1 and 8i (8.1.5) on the same computer. (as Oracle puts it: 7.3.4 and 8.1.5 are certified for use with OAS 4.0.8.1, but they must NOT be installed on the same NT machine as OAS.) If found this info in the OAS Release notes (in the part about "Database ORACLE_HOME Compatibility").
