When you're mainly doing reads RAID5 is no problem, this only can be
problematic with WRITE intensive TX. Therefore files such as REDO logs,
ARCHIVE logs and RBS should NOT be put on RAID5 (with RAID5 the write
operation have to write on several disks while the read can read from any of
these disks).
