instances question

Hi everyone,

I have installed Oracle Enterprise Server on Sun Solaris . I created a database for the only instance that I have asked Oracle to create during the installation of the software. My questions are:
1. how do I create a additional database for the existing instance?

or what are the procedures to create additional database for an existing instance.
2.If I have to create a new instance for the new database, then

how do I do that? Do I have to reinstall Oracle software , specified new dabase file/ disk allocation .. etc.. ???
