On my teaching machine, IBM ThinkPad 600X 512MB RAM 500MHz I have Oracle 9.2.0.4 EE. I start the Apache Server, open Netscape and enter the following URL: http://NTORA:7778/isqlplus

And it works quite well. I have a web page on iSQL*Plus at: http://www.psoug.org/reference/isqlplus.html
