Please stop playing games and submitting riddles. You have run *exactly* the same query 11 times, and you post the statistics for all 11 queries, without *one* single EXPLAIN PLAN. And the only difference between all those queries is that the last time, the FETCH took longer. What should this group do about this? Give your server a slam?
