Yes, you are right: I ran the same query 11 times and the performance of each run is very variable.

You -as a specialist- write: "And the only difference between all those queries is that the last time,
the FETCH took longer. What should this group do about this?" Maybe you cannot imagine, but I just ASK, maybe someone can point me to a direction? For example: change some init.ora parameter. Maybe there's someone who knows possible reasons for long FETCH times?

I am not playing games, just trying to give as much relevant information as needed.
